Registration & Accommdation


Procedures for participation, registration, and accommodation have begun. Please read the following instructions carefully.
1.) Registration is begun by completing the Conference Participation, Registration & Accommodation Form.
2.) Assessment of the Participation, Registration & Accommodation Form is made.
3.) The fee, according to the participant specifications on the Participation, Registration &
      Accommodation Form, is deposited to the relevant bank account number.
4.) The Participation, Registration & Accommodation form and the bank receipt are uploaded to the
      system using the link on the Full Text Submission page.





INFORMATION

       General

  • The authors name as the responsible writer can take place at least in two different papers (For the second paper 100 TL additional payment is required.
  • Registration fees for all participants include congress bag, name tag, coffe breaks, lunch break offers and trip.
  • Deadline for registration fee payment is 25 August 2017 / 05 pm.
  • Deadline for cancellation refunds is 25 August 2017.
  • All refunds are for the registrations completed by and before 25 August 2017. After 25 August 2017 no refund will be paid.
  • Registered participants will receive a receipt to prove the payment. No other documents will be given. Receipt for accomodation payments will be given by Turan Hotel management.
  • For the payments in Euro, accurate TL rate will be considered.

Attention: Virtual participation is for the academicians who are intersted in our congress but cannot attend the congress for several reasons (time, budget,visa etc.)Presentations, question-answer sessions, discussions will be held online (via Skype etc.) Presentations can be videos or online.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation place is Turan Hotel.             
The congress attendees can not accommodate in Turan Hotel in other accommodation options. The participants may utilize other accommodation alternatives in Düzce.
Breakfast is included.
Accommodation fee is paid by filling form in the website.
In order to complete congress registration, the accommodation receipt must be sent by e mail to congress secretary.
TRANSPORTATION

The transfers for the participants travelling by plane will be arranged.

 The transfers for the participants travelling by bus from the bus station to the hotel and the congress area will be arranged by organization team.
